Description
something soft for the slow part.
after years of training, the cooldown was always the part you skipped. this blanket is for that part.
fold it once and sit on it to lift your hips in a cross-legged seat, or roll it under your knees to take pressure off your lower back. fold it into a thick square for kneeling work in lunges and tabletop. when you’re done, pull it over you for the last few minutes of rest. the weave is heavier and thicker than a traditional falsa blanket, so it stays folded and gives real support.
why we carry it: a blanket is the most versatile prop in a practice. it pads, lifts, and supports, and your body cools quickly once you stop moving, so it does double duty for warmth. one well-made blanket can replace a pile of specialty props.
how to use it: fold it under your knees for lunges and kneeling poses, under your hips for seated stretches, or roll it under your neck for supported rest. it also works as a picnic blanket, a beach blanket, or a throw for the couch.
