the rectangular bolster gives your body a stable place to settle. lie back over it to open your chest after a week at a desk, or rest your torso on it in a forward fold so your hips can release without strain. the buckwheat hull fill shapes to your body and holds that shape, so it won’t flatten out halfway through a long hold. the rectangular shape gives you a wide, flat surface that stays put on the floor.

why we carry it: supported positions let you stay in a stretch longer without bracing, and that’s when your breath slows and your body settles. buckwheat holds its shape better than foam or cotton batting, and the removable cover keeps it easy to clean.

how to use it: lie back over it lengthwise for a supported chest opener, sit on the edge to tilt your hips in cross-legged positions, or place it under your knees for a few quiet minutes at the end of a session. it’s also good on a living room floor after a long run.
