What Personal Data We Collect and Why
Orders and Purchases
When you make a purchase through our online shop, we collect information necessary to process the order, including your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment is processed securely through WooPayments. We do not store your full card number on our servers — payment details are handled directly by our payment processor.
If you shop with us in person at a pop-up or event, payment is processed through Square. Square’s own privacy policy governs how they handle that transaction data: https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy
Newsletter and Email Signup
If you sign up for our email list (including through a discount code offer like WELCOME10), your email address and name (if provided) are collected and stored with our email service provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Contact and Inquiry Forms
If you submit an inquiry through our contact or booking form, we collect the name, email, and any message details you provide, so we can respond to you. This information is sent to hello@unhastyco.com and is not used for any other purpose without your consent.
Comments
If you leave a comment on our site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be shared with the Gravatar service to check whether you’re using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible alongside it.
Analytics

Our site uses cookies to support core functions like your shopping cart and checkout process. - WooPayments: to process online payments

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain order information for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize follow-up comments automatically. If you have an account on our site, your profile information is stored until you request its deletion. Email addresses remain in our Kit list until you unsubscribe or request removal.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You can request an export of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete personal data we hold about you (except where we’re required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons, such as order records). To make a request, email hello@unhastyco.com.
Children’s Privacy
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
