We do our best to describe and price products accurately. Occasionally errors happen — a price is mistyped, or an item is out of stock after you order. If that happens, we’ll contact you before completing the order, and you’ll have the choice to proceed at the corrected price, choose a substitute, or cancel for a full refund.
Product availability, pricing, and bundle offerings may change at any time, including pop-up-exclusive items that are not available through the online shop.
Orders and Payment
Orders placed through the Site are processed via WooPayments. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example, in cases of suspected fraud.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates — and we’re not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, store credit, and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy, available on the Site.
Yoga Classes and Sessions
Inquiries submitted through the Site for private sessions, small-group classes, or gatherings are not confirmed bookings; we’ll follow up personally to confirm availability and details. Separate terms, including any liability waiver or assumption-of-risk agreement, apply to participation in yoga classes and are provided directly at the time of booking.
Newsletter and Communications
If you sign up for our newsletter or a discount offer, you agree to receive email communications from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
