the old school has honeycomb grip from toe to heel, so your whole foot stays planted through a long warrior hold or a slow transition on the reformer. a supportive arch band hugs the midfoot, and the mesh top keeps air moving. the reinforced toe and terry bottom add cushion where you press down most.
