Unhasty & Co. takes its name from its founder, Mary Lynne Hasty, and from a choice she made to stop rewarding herself for moving fast.

Mary Lynne's background spans athletic training, sports medicine, and clinical research operations in cancer diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. She has spent her career learning how bodies work, what the evidence actually says, and how to build systems that hold up over time. She knows how hard women push. She also knows what that costs them.

Unhasty & Co. exists for women at the recalibration point. Midlife is not a decline, it is the moment when a different approach becomes not just possible, but necessary. The boutique and the yoga practice are both built around one question: what does this body actually need right now?
